I really wish I took a before picture but this is after. This bath was well needed. All week my emotions have been all over the place, anxiety, depression, insomnia and sleep deprivation all while working a full time 14 hour job. I literally just finish taking my bath, meditating and burning my incense and I just had to leave a review because I'm feeling a thousand times better. This worked instantly I wish I did it sooner I know I'm going to sleep good tonight because I'm already fighting my sleep to stay up lol.
