Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting &. shopping with Chi’s Aura Crystals.

Orders are processed within 12-14 BUSINESS days beginning the day after your order was placed. Business days do NOT include weekends or holidays.

Standard shipping is the only shipping method available &. the shipping rate is $9. The international shipping rate is $22.

Returned Packages
If your order was shipped &. returned to me for any reason, you will be responsible for the $9 reship fee which will be invoiced before your order is shipped again.

Shipping to P.O. boxes &. APO/FPO addresses
Chi’s Aura Crystals ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
 
Shipping Confirmation &. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message that contains your tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Please check your spam folder if you do not see any emails from Chi's Aura Crystals.
 
Route Shipping Protection
Chi’s Aura Crystals is not responsible for any packages lost during shipment, so it is recommended that you purchase the Route Shipping Protection that is offered during checkout. This will protect your order if there is an issue with delivery. Please contact Route for further assistance.
