Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A: Orders are processed within 12-18 business days beginning the day after your order was placed then fulfilled to be shipped by the 14th business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

Q: When will the intention candles be available again?

A: Intention candles are available by pre-order only &. the availability for this varies. Updates are posted on my Instagram business page @chis.aura.crystals &. an email is sent to my subscribers prior to availability.

  

Q: What is the return policy?

A: When purchasing from Chi’s Aura Crystals, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
